Job summary

SMLP INC. PHILIPPINES is seeking a Multimedia Designer to contribute to the Product Marketing Team. You will create graphics and animations for social media and landing pages, brainstorm with marketing colleagues, and solve problems within brand guidelines.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, maintain production standards, and be comfortable working from home with periodic in‑office meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in prepping graphics for animation.
• Experience in Adobe CC.
• Past experience working on a marketing team or with marketing clients.
• General knowledge or previous experience using Jira, or similar project management system.
• Previous experience building multimedia designs for market-specific products.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Able to effectively work from home.
• Able to come into the office when needed for group meetings.
• Ability to grasp different storytelling techniques.
• Know and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal form.
• Ability to research and problem solve.

General Summary:

The Multimedia Designer is responsible for contributing to the Product Marketing Team and its multi-discipline projects. This individual collaborates with the product marketing and product teams, discipline Leads, managers and leadership on a regular basis utilizing a sense of creative problem solving and helping to contribute and continue our high level of quality.

The Multimedia Designer must be able to work efficiently as part of a team, communicate effectively with leadership in various cross-cultural departments, provide creative solutions to graphic and animation problems and have a strong command of current trends, styles and mediums.
