Job summary

Tonik Bank is seeking a Senior Multimedia Designer in the Philippines to deliver concept-to-execution multimedia assets for brand campaigns and product launches. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience in animation, video, and visual content for fast-paced brands or digital-first environments.

You will lead end-to-end production, collaborate with Marketing and Product teams, and ensure outputs align with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Five (5)+ years of hands-on experience in multimedia design, animation, or related creative roles.
• Experience producing animation, video, and visual content for brands/agencies/digital-first teams.
• Ability to create assets from concept to final output following brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a senior Multimedia Designer who will be responsible for concept-to-execution delivery of high-impact multimedia assets that strengthen Tonik’s brand and drive engagement across digital channels. This role requires a seasoned creative professional with at least five (5) years of hands-on experience producing animation, video, and visual content, ideally within fast-paced brands, agencies, or digital-first organizations.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Head of Marketing
• Lead the end-to-end creation of multimedia content—including animation, video, illustrations, and motion graphics—for Tonik’s marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Translate marketing briefs and business objectives into compelling creative concepts, storyboards, and mock‑ups that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Conduct in-depth research to ensure accuracy, relevance, and visual consistency in animations, special effects, and branded illustrations.
• Independently produce and refine multimedia assets using professional design, animation, and recording tools, ensuring high production quality across formats.
• Develop original artwork, illustrations, and animation assets that enhance brand storytelling and product understanding.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure creative outputs meet strategic and regulatory requirements.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently while maintaining creative integrity, timelines, and quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing deliverables and meeting tight deadlines in a high‑growth environment.
• Act as a senior creative resource by contributing ideas, best practices, and process improvements to elevate overall team output.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Management to fulfill organizational and regulatory requirements

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of proven professional experience in multimedia design, animation, or related creative roles; agency or digital brand experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating animation videos and dynamic multimedia content from scratch, including concept development through final output.
• Strong experience developing illustrations and visual assets in strict adherence to established branding and design guidelines.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and other multimedia platforms including CapCut, Canva, and AI-assisted design tools.
• Strong understanding of how engaging, visually arresting multimedia content supports brand-building—particularly for new or rapidly evolving brands.
• Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple deliverables and shifting priorities.
• Clear, confident communicator who can collaborate effectively with both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
• Self-directed, detail‑oriented professional who can work independently while also thriving as a collaborative team player.
