Job summary

Okada Manila is seeking a skilled Multimedia/ Motion Graphics Artist to develop and produce multimedia pieces for print and digital media. You will create motion graphics for in-house and out-of-home campaigns and produce video content for advertising and branding initiatives.

Collaborating with brand marketing, copywriting, and PR teams, you will ensure visuals align with branding standards while keeping up with design trends and emerging techniques.

Qualifications

• Degree in Visual Arts or Multimedia Arts.
• 2 years in the creative field (agency or production house).
• Ability to take ownership of designs and concepts.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Keeps up with emerging design trends and branding aesthetics.

II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Educational Requirement:

• Degree in Visual Arts or Multimedia Arts.

Experience Requirement:

• 2 years in the creative field preferably in a creative agency or production house.

Skills and Attributes

Leadership Skills:

• Able to take ownership of one’s designs and concepts.
• Able to call out design work that is inconsistent with Branding standards.
• Able to analyze and execute project briefs prepared by business units.

Technical Skills:
