Ideal candidates are enrolled in Multimedia Arts or related fields, can commit to 300 internship hours, and are comfortable with hybrid work in BGC. A portfolio showcasing design work and basic video editing is required.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Design Intern to support our creative and marketing teams. In this role, you will play a hands-on part in shaping brand identity, developing high-impact product advertisements, and producing engaging digital media across platforms.
1. Brand Identity & Visual ConsistencyBrand Assets: Maintain brand identity and visual standards across all digital and print collateral.
Style Guides & Templates: Apply brand guidelines to ensure consistent typography, color palettes, and tone across all brand assets.
Visual Concepts: Collaborate with marketing and design teams to brainstorm creative concepts for brand awareness and upcoming campaigns.
Advertising Collateral: Assist in designing eye-catching promotional materials, product ads, and marketing graphics.
Social Media Assets: Create high-converting content for digital platforms, including posts, stories, reels, video ads, and web banners.
Product Storytelling: Apply core design principles (layout, composition, color theory) to effectively showcase products and highlight key features.
Work alongside marketing and creative teams to align visual strategy with campaign objectives.
Organize, optimize, and archive raw assets, product renders, stock footage, and final production files.
Currently enrolled in (or a recent graduate of) an undergraduate program in Multimedia Arts (BMA/BMMA), Fine Arts (BFA), Communication / Media Studies, or related fields.
Able to commit to a minimum of 300 internship hours.
Amenable to a hybrid setup with reporting in BGC, Taguig City.
Portfolio Required: A valid portfolio link demonstrating graphic design, brand collateral, product advertisements, and basic video editing skills. Avoid hyperlinks and use bit.ly links or QR instead.
Branding & Visual Identity: Solid understanding of brand development, visual identity consistency, logo usage, and translating brand guidelines into cohesive print and digital assets.
Adobe Creative Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with core Adobe tools:
Adobe Photoshop: Image editing, raster graphics, product touch-ups, and visual manipulation.
Adobe Illustrator: Vector graphics, logo assets, brand iconography, and layout typography.
Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects: Video editing, cutting, and basic motion graphics.
Visual Storytelling & Design Principles: Solid grasp of composition, typography, layout hierarchy, and color theory applied to branding and advertising.
Detail-Oriented: Keen eye for aesthetics, pixel-perfect alignment, and formatting across digital and print media.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Product Photography & Videography: Experience capturing raw product footage or images using mirrorless/DSLR cameras or smartphones.
Motion Design: Basic 2D/3D animation and motion graphics capability in After Effects.
Mentorship: Direct guidance and training from experienced creative professionals.
Portfolio Development: Real-world experience building brand identities, marketing campaigns, and product advertisements.
Compensation: Paid internship allowance
