Job summary

LIGHT Microfinance, Inc. is seeking a Multimedia Assistant to create visually appealing graphics for stores, campaigns, social media, and events, ensuring branding consistency across channels.

The candidate should have a graphic design background, at least 1 year of experience, and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva. Knowledge of basic video editing is a plus, with the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Create graphics, illustrations, photos, videos, animations, digital assets, campaign materials, and other creative content.
• Edit and enhance photos, videos, layouts, and multimedia materials based on project requirements.
• Develop creative materials for social media, websites, digital ads, presentations, print, and events.
• Collaborate with the Creatives Supervisor, Marketing Team, and other departments in translating concepts and campaign objectives into effective visual materials.
• Assist in multimedia production, including shoots, events, pre-production, and post-production activities.
• Ensure all creative outputs are high-quality, accurate, and consistent with company branding and approved creative direction.
• Manage assigned projects, revisions, creative files, and deadlines.
• Stay updated on current design trends, multimedia tools, and creative techniques.
