The role requires 3+ years of relevant work, strong skills in Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere, and the ability to work in a hybrid setup with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years doing Graphic Design & Motion Graphics for brands or an agency.
• Adobe Photoshop and After Effects are daily drivers; Premiere as backup.
• Eye for good graphic design, storytelling, and video that stops the scroll.
• Strong understanding of design, short-form video and social trends.
• Bonus points for using AI tools in workflow; not required.
• Self-managed, disciplined, and time conscious with brand guidelines.
