+ Essential Job Functions

• Create high-quality visual content for social media (static posts, carousels, reels, stories, and TikToks) across multiple brands and client accounts
• Design branded collaterals: pitch decks, infographics, event materials, promotional assets, and digital ads
• Produce and edit short-form and long-form video content like podcasts or explainer videos.
• Shoot raw content to assigned locations
• Develop basic motion graphics and simple animations for social media and presentations
• Maintain visual brand consistency across all client and internal projects
• Collaborate with the Accounts Associate and strategists on campaign ideation and content calendars
• Stay on top of visual trends, platform updates, and content formats

+ Education and Experience

• One year of experience in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communication Arts, or a related field
• Proficient in Canva Pro and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Skilled in video editing tools applicable for the task required
• Strong eye for design, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Comfortable shooting content using a smartphone or professional camera
• Familiar with social media platforms and native content formats (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• A portfolio or body of work showcasing design and multimedia skills (link or PDF)
• Experience with basic animation or motion design
• Interest in sustainability, food, hospitality, or renewable energy
