Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Studies, Advertising Arts, Communication, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role; real estate industry is a plus.
• Proficient in video editing and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere.
• Experience in pre- and post-production.

• Design and produce multimedia content including videos, graphics, and animations for marketing campaigns and social media.
• Edit and enhance raw video footage to create polished, professional promotional materials and graphics.
• Collaborate with different departments to develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
• Optimize multimedia content for various platforms (web, social media, email marketing).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree holder in Multimedia Studies, Advertising Arts, Communication, or any course relevant to the field
• With 2-3 years' experience in a similar role (real estate industry is a definite advantage)
• Must be proficient in video editing and motion graphics
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere
• Must have experience in pre- and post-production
• Ability to handle and utilize professional cameras and other audio-visual equipment
