Job summary

Valenzuela Trabaho is seeking a cashier support specialist to travel between retail branches and service centers, providing coverage during peak hours, staff shortages, or absences. You will adapt swiftly to different teams and POS systems while maintaining precise cash handling.

Responsibilities include managing branch funds, replenishing revolving funds, overseeing NetSuite stock, and ensuring safekeeping of forms. You will assist in safety audits and deliver strong customer service.

Qualifications

• College level or currently pursuing any course.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere within the industry.
• Able to grasp business processes quickly.
• Proficient in numerical and mathematical computation.
• Experience with POS machines is an advantage.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft applications.
• At least 1 year of related retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Handles effective control of branch funds & collections per company policy.
• Ensures proper disbursement and timely replenishment of branch revolving fund.
• Manages stocks and NetSuite System usage.
• Monitors use and safekeeping of all accountable forms.
• Submits required reports to Head Office or supervisor on time.
• Supports Branch Manager in branch safety and audit procedures.
• Responds to customer requests to deliver excellent service.
