Job summary

Bahama Realty and Development Corp is seeking a maintenance technician in the Philippines to perform minor repairs across buildings, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting tasks. The role includes implementing preventive maintenance and keeping accurate inventory of repair supplies.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, be willing to work in the field, and hold a valid driver’s license with welding knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must have Vocational Diploma or short course certificate.
• NCI/NCII holder is an advantage.
• At least 1 year experience in installation, repairs and servicing of A/C.
• Willing to do field work and be mobile to sites.
• Knowledgeable in welding and mechanical repairs.
• Must have good moral character.
