Job summary

A Facilities Management Company in Metro Manila is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to oversee equipment functionality and perform essential repairs. Candidates should possess relevant educational qualifications and at least 1 year of experience in maintenance work. The role involves monitoring systems, responding to service requests, and executing scheduled maintenance tasks. Shift flexibility is required, and additional TESDA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• TESDA NC II Certified in EIM or RAC is an advantage.
• Able to perform shifting schedules.
• Well motivated and can work with less supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure that all critical equipment of the facility is in good-running condition.
• Provide emergency and scheduled maintenance activity based on the approved program.
• Comply with safety procedure and maintain clean work areas.
• Respond to service requests and maintenance issues promptly.

• Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Courses Certificate / Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): EIM or RAC
• with TESDA NC II Certified in EIM or RAC is an advantage

• Ability to determine what action should be taken in response to a customer complaint, comment or inquiry.
• Knowledge of problem-solving techniques and methods.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure that all critical equipment of the facility is in good-running condition via the daily checklist monitoring system.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and perform scheduled maintenance activity based on the approved 52-week program.
• Comply with safety procedure and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Receive and respond quickly to service request and other reported maintenance issues within the premises and provide findings and recommendation to facilities support lead in a timely manner. i.e. air-conditioning temperature, defective outlets in work areas, mobile pedestal request, etc.
• Provide assistance in room reservation set-up with projector, sound system, and other AV requirements.
• Perform minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and civil works for the facility i.e. repainting/touch-up of walls and wooden doors, replace busted lights, repair defective outlets, door locks, etc.
• Inspect facility to identify maintenance needs and provide recommendation to Facilities Support Lead and perform necessary action as needed.

Salary Rate:₱830 per day

Allowance:₱300 monthly allowance
