Job summary

WeSupport Incorporated is seeking a MuleSoft Solution Architect to drive integration design, technical leadership, and platform governance for client projects in the Philippines. The role emphasizes hands-on MuleSoft 4, RAML/DataWeave, API design, and API lifecycle management.

The successful candidate will lead integration efforts, mentor the team, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure robust, scalable solutions aligned with target architecture and enterprise patterns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Integration Solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform experience.
• Strong knowledge of Mule 4, API Manager, Runtime Manager, Anypoint Studio and Design Center.
• Experience with RAML, OAS, DataWeave 2.0, REST, SOAP, and event-driven integrations.
• Solid understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP).
• Experience with JMS, MQ, Kafka messaging systems.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Git, Maven, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, CI/CD).
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes/Docker, Runtime Fabric.
• Strong expertise in OAuth 2.0, SAML, JWT, TLS, encryption and IAM.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to integration-specific technical user stories.
• Provide story point estimates during sprint planning.
• Review and update API development estimates for sprint work.
• Assist the Customer Project Manager in recovery planning when budget/schedule risks are identified.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather integration and API requirements.
• Design API solutions aligned with target architecture using MuleSoft platform.
• Design MuleSoft APIs and interfaces meeting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Review data models, produce API schemas, define data mappings, provide design inputs.
• Act as technical lead, mentoring throughout development.
• Review existing API integrations and ESB services, confirm requirements and effort estimates.
