Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar MRO leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of production equipment and maintenance principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address equipment-related issues.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating a team of technicians and engineers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements in manufacturing.
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
