Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, chat, email, and social media.
• Assist customers with inquiries about motorcycle models, prices, promotions, financing, and after-sales services.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and requests professionally.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, and other departments to resolve customer concerns.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, service requests, and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide timely updates and ensure customer concerns are properly addressed.
• Promote a positive customer experience and maintain good relationships with customers.
