Qualifications

• Willing to work overtime and on weekends when required.
• Good work attitude and willingness to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform rewinding of AC/DC motors and transformers.
• Dismantle, inspect, and remove damaged windings.
• Perform electrical/magnetic winding based on specifications.
• Prepare and install coils, wires, insulation, and winding materials.
• Conduct basic electrical testing such as continuity and insulation resistance.
• Assist in assembly, repair, maintenance, and testing of motors and transformers.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure tools and equipment are properly handled.
• Follow company safety rules, procedures, and quality standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
