Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Fine Arts, Animation, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, video editing, and graphic design.
• Proficient or familiar with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, color, and visual storytelling.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to explore new ideas.
• Able to follow instructions and work with creative briefs.
• Willing to receive feedback and make revisions when needed.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio of motion graphics, animations, video edits, or other creative work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, animations, and short-form video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Design animated graphics, text animations, transitions, and visual effects.
• Develop creative concepts and storyboards based on project requirements.
• Edit and enhance videos using appropriate editing and motion graphics software.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and other departments to create visual content aligned with the company’s brand.
• Adapt designs and animations for different platforms and content formats.
• Ensure that all visual content follows the company’s branding and quality standards.
• Revise designs based on feedback from the team or management.
• Organize and maintain design files and project assets.
• Stay updated with current design, animation, video, and social media trends.
• Perform other design-related tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor or management.
