Lightspeed Commerce is seeking a talented Motion Designer for a permanent work-from-home role with our global brand team. You will create engaging motion content for campaigns and help build a consistent global brand identity for Lightspeed.

Based in the Philippines, you will collaborate with content creators, develop storyboards, and optimize videos for multiple channels. A strong portfolio and advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite are essential.

We're looking for a talented Motion Designer (Permanent work from home) to join Lightspeed's in-house global brand team and help bring our brand to life through engaging visual storytelling. In this role, you'll support the delivery of creative campaigns and develop compelling motion content for a range of internal and external projects across multiple channels. You'll play an important role in building a consistent global brand identity and creating work that informs, inspires, and connects with audiences, helping position Lightspeed as a leading commerce platform for businesses worldwide.

Our hiring process is very straightforward. The whole process will be conducted at the comfort of your own home, through Zoom or Google Meet. No need to go through Manila's heavy traffic!

What you'll be doing:

• Create engaging video content for social media, advertising, brand campaigns, product demos, events and more.

• Previous experience in motion design or video production.
• A positive, collaborative mindset and a "yes, and" approach to creative problem-solving.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• A strong eye for design and an interest in emerging creative trends.
• Strong English communication skills.
