Responsibilities

Own the development and implementation of commercial products and process strategies to mitigate risks and ensure user quality on the platform. Manage day-to-day operations process and project planning and streamline project management and product development workflows. Maintain quality standards, develop policies for high-level service delivery, and address operational challenges to drive overall performance improvements. Build and manage user feedback loops, including designing surveys, polls, and interviews to gather product feedback and make recommendations for product improvement. Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions for continuous enhancement. Measure and visualize the effectiveness of technology product updates and optimize user conversion and retention rates. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and execute product launches, focusing on achieving product growth key performance indicators (KPIs). Mentor junior‑level team members.

Qualifications

Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Analytics, Business Administration, Management Science, Marketing, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Analytics, Business Administration, Management Science, Marketing, or a related field, and 5 years of post‑bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Providing end-to-end enterprise and business-to-business product management, including coordinating cross-functional, geographically distributed business and technical teams for product and growth strategy, competitive positioning, ROI estimate, and revenue generation.
  • Defining product requirements and optimizing product user experience (UX) by collecting user pain points, reviewing competitor analysis, and analyzing user needs.
  • Analyzing data related to user behavior, model performance, and revenue impact to identify potential improvement of a product.
  • Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product or project documents, including strategy, timeline, and status documents.
  • Analyzing and interpreting results from experimental design, standard experimental design, randomized control test, data‑driven statistical analysis, and attribution analysis to gain insights that inform media strategies and business decisions.
  • Building dashboards and reports to gather and process large quantities of data to support the monitoring and evaluation of product performance using SQL.
  • Travel Requirement: International travel required up to 10%.

Job Information

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $179,421 - $244,889 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
