Texas Instruments in the Philippines is seeking a skilled Equipment Technician to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, improvements, upgrades, and installations across fab tools. You will interface with engineering and manufacturing groups to solve issues efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities include improving system performance to meet process requirements, monitoring related data, coordinating supplier service, and preparing technical reports with recommended solutions to

Qualifications

3 to 5 yrs working experience with Mold Asahi or Towa machines.
Advance setup, maintenance and troubleshooting
Basic machine calibration knowledge
Basic equipment and process parameters understanding
Advance chase tooling, balancing and setup
Nice to have: Nordson/Panasonic Plasma, Bake Oven, CSAM/Xray, EO/Josung Laser and Accretech/Disco Saw Singulation experience
Excellent organizational, teaming and troubleshooting skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Ability to take initiative and drive for results
Strong time management skills for on-time project delivery
Ability to work in interrupt-driven, fast-paced environment

Monitor and analyze data to improve and maintain tool performance

Prepare the technical report and summary findings with recommended solutions to technical problems
