Job summary

RSS in Clark Pampanga is seeking an experienced Draftsperson to join our established team. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver precise drawings.

You'll prepare buildable technical drawings for modular and site-based projects, translating concepts into construction plans and coordinating with engineers, estimators, and project managers to align drawings with scopes of work. Applicants should have 2+ years in construction drafting, be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction drafting experience.
• Familiarity with Australian codes and standards, including BCA/NCC, WHS, and DDA compliance.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering specifications.

Responsibilities

• Create and update detailed drawings for modular buildings and site layouts.
• Interpret specs to produce construction-ready drawings.
• Coordinate with estimators and project managers for alignment with scopes of work.
• Modify designs based on field conditions and client changes while ensuring buildability and compliance.
• Ensure drawings comply with local building codes and accessibility standards.
• Coordinate with modular building manufacturers to integrate module details into site layouts.
• Maintain drawing version control and project documentation.
• Support design development and constructability reviews in ECIs.
