Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in estimating or a similar construction role.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in modular or remote construction projects is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Source and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Identify project risks and apply contingencies in estimates.
• Collaborate with project and site managers.
