Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a capable risk analytics professional to join our hybrid team in Makati. You will support model validation, risk assessment, and advisory work for financial services clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver insights.

You should have a degree in accounting, finance, statistics, or related field, with at least two years of relevant experience. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Statistics, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in banking, financial services, risk management, or regulatory consulting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support independent model validation and model risk management engagements, including assessment of methodologies, data, governance, and controls.
• Conduct quantitative analysis, statistical testing, and data-driven assessments for risk, regulatory, and advisory engagements.
• Assist in financial services consulting projects covering regulatory compliance, internal audit, risk management, and independent reviews.
• Contribute to advisory engagements involving AML, Data Privacy, SOX compliance, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with engagement teams and data analytics specialists to develop analyses, papers, reports, and client deliverables.
