Job summary

CARLCARE SERVICE PH INC. in Pasig is seeking an experienced PCBA Repair Trainer to support our nationwide Service Center Technician training program.

You will conduct component-level PCB/PCBA repair training, demonstrate troubleshooting and repair techniques, and assess trainees while helping raise repair capability across the Philippines. When not teaching, you will support Level 4 PCBA repair operations and travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in component-level PCB/PCBA repair.
• Strong experience in mobile phone motherboard repair, troubleshooting, soldering, IC replacement, and BGA/reballing.
• Able to diagnose and repair board-level failures independently.
• Experience in laptop or consumer electronics repair is an advantage.
• Good communication and coaching skills.
• Willing to travel nationwide and work Monday to Saturday.
• Based in or willing to work in Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on PCBA repair training for Service Center Technicians.
• Demonstrate proper troubleshooting and component-level repair techniques.
• Assess trainees’ technical skills and provide coaching.
• Support continuous improvement of repair quality and technical capability.
• Assist Level 4 PCBA repair operations when no training schedule is assigned.
• Travel nationwide to conduct technical training as required.
