Job summary

Advanced World Systems Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a mobile software engineer to develop apps for iPhone and Android using Objective-C and Java, contributing across the full software development life cycle.

You will work with engineering teams to integrate mobile apps with other systems, help shape the team roadmap, and deliver high-quality, performant, object-oriented code while communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4- or 5-year software development program.
• At least 2 years of iPhone and/or Android development experience.
• Proficient in Objective-C, Cocoa, iOS SDK, Android SDK.
• Expertise in Java and object-oriented coding.
• Memory usage optimization and performance tuning.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Available for contractual engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop mobile applications for iPhone and Android.
• Participate in all phases of software development life cycle to convert concepts and specifications into mobile applications and features.
• Work closely with software engineering teams to integrate mobile application with other software systems.
• Participate in strategic analysis and help define roadmap for the team.
