Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. invites an MLOps Engineer Intern to help develop, automate, and maintain ML pipelines and platform components for enterprise AI/ML deployment.

You will focus on model deployment, pipeline automation, monitoring, feature management, and AI platform integration with senior engineers. The role covers ML pipeline automation, data quality checks, feature store pipelines with Databricks, Snowflake, and MLflow, and collaboration on GenAI ops within the cloud ecosystem.

Job Description

The MLOps Engineer Intern assists in developing, automating, and maintaining MLOps pipelines and platform components for enterprise AI/ML deployment. Focuses on model deployment, pipeline automation, monitoring, feature management, and AI platform integration alongside senior engineers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• ML Pipeline Automation Automated data prep, model scoring, and retraining workflows via Databricks.
• Monitoring & QA Model validation, data quality checks, and performance drift detection.
• Feature Store & Engineering Reusable feature pipelines & datasets using Snowflake, Databricks & Iceberg.
• Platform & GenAI Ops MLflow integration, agent deployment workflows, and reusable Python modules.

COMPETENCIES

• Core: Basic proficiency in Python programming
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
• Basic understanding of ML concepts & workflows
• Familiarity with Git and version control
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, MLflow, or Spark
• Familiarity with REST APIs, testing, or CI/CD concepts

HIRING REQUIREMENTS

• Degree Focus: Currently pursuing Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field.
• Academic Stage: Preferably in the final year of undergraduate studies or masters degree
