Job summary

RCBC in Makati is seeking an MIS & Planning Officer to enhance the planning process, identify forecasting trends, threats and opportunities, and support performance evaluation across Lending Department and divisions within Business Banking.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or related fields, strong planning and MIS reporting skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will analyze reports and communicate insights to drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.
• Majors in Management Banking and Finance, Accounting, Commerce or Economics.
• Planning skills and MIS reporting knowledge.
• Ability to analyze reports and communicate findings.
• Attention to detail; monitoring and controlling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Provide an effective planning process to identify forecasting trends, threats and opportunities.
• Create an MIS and planning information network to evaluate performance of bank units; evaluate sales performance of Lending Dept & Divisions within the Business Banking sector.
