The role requires a four-year computer-related degree, and at least 6 months of experience in microfinance operations as an Account Officer; encoding experience is preferred, with willingness to be assigned anywhere in the LBMF network.

Qualifications

• Four-year computer-related degree or relevant field.
• Minimum 6 months experience in LBMF's microfinance operations as Account Officer.
• Willing to be assigned in any LBMF Branch Office (Nationwide).
• Preferably has encoding experience.
