Job summary

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) in the Philippines seeks an experienced consultant to lead the development of migration profiling, screening, and monitoring tools for the BaSulTa corridor. The role emphasizes gender-sensitive approaches and inter-agency collaboration.

You will pilot test, refine tools, and design SOPs and training materials, delivering capacity-building sessions to regional government partners, IOM staff, and frontline workers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in migration-related field required.
• Minimum five years in gender, migration management or related fields.
• Two years advice/technical assistance experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop profiling, screening, and monitoring tools.
• Pilot test and refine tools with partners.
