Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a Mid Data Scientist to support a federal government client on OBI Advanced Analytic Method Augmentation. The role involves data analytics, data mining, predictive analytics, and developing ML-based tools to automate processes. A TS/SCI with CI Poly is required, or the ability to obtain one.

Salary ranges from $130,000 to $160,000 with performance bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits. Availability contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of analysis experience in relevant fields, with recent work preferred.
• Security clearance TS/SCI with CI Poly or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analytics, data mining, predictive analysis, and statistical analysis to inform decisions.
• Develop ML-based tools and automation for data processing and decision support.
• Create data visualizations using Power BI/Tableau and narrate insights clearly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate methods and improve analytic tradecraft.
