OMNIBUS BIO-MEDICAL SYSTEMS INC. in the Philippines is seeking a Delivery Rider/Messenger to safely load, transport, and deliver items on time. The role requires 3 years of delivery or messenger experience and a valid professional driver’s license, with willingness to travel 100%.

Responsibilities include reviewing orders, assisting with loading/unloading, maintaining logs, and ensuring safety policies are followed while delivering to clients or businesses.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Maintain logs and paperwork for deliveries.
• Ensure vehicle safety and basic maintenance.
• Assist drivers in locating delivery locations.
• Comply with safety policies and regulations.

Job description

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Run general errands, such as but not limited to, bills payment, bank transactions, pick up and/or deliver packages or documents and deliver them as instructed
• Perform collection activities in coordination with Finance
• Ensure proper documentation of activities by providing official receipts and other documents required for liquidation
• Keep accurate logs and complete paperwork for tasks or activities
• Ensure proper office housekeeping
• Perform general office or clerical work such as filing of documents, operating office equipment, etc
• Purchase office supplies, groceries, etc.
• Responsible for basic vehicle maintenance; comply with all safe work practices , policies and processes at all times
• Report defects, accidents or violations
• Maintain a positive attitude with customers
• Comply with rules and regulations
• Keep commercial drivers license up to date.
• Assisting drivers to find delivery locations.
• Assisting with the unloading of the delivery vehicle at the end of each shift.
• Ensuring that all safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor

Schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Saturday
• Overtime
• Weekends
