Key responsibilities:

• Pick up, transport, and deliver documents, mail, and packages to designated locations.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of all materials handled.
• Obtain signatures and maintain proper delivery records/logs.
• Manage daily delivery routes around Metro Manila, Calamba, and Pampanga, and priorities.
• Handle internal office errands such as distributing mail, photocopying, or delivering messages.
• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and traffic regulations during deliveries.

Qualifications:

• AT LEAST HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE
• WILLING TO TRAVEL
• FAMILIAR WITH THE AREAS WITHIN: METRO MANILA, CALAMBA, AND PAMPANGA
• KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT GOVERNMENT DOCUMENTS
• COMPLETE REQUIREMENTS (SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAG-IBIG, NBI / POLICE, MEDICAL CERT., DIPLOMA)
