Job summary

Roshan Commercial Corporation is seeking a Merchandiser to keep our products well displayed, fully stocked and appealing to customers inside the store or department store counter. You report to the Store Supervisor and help customers, manage stock, and drive sales of our brands.

Responsibilities include arranging displays, replenishing products with correct pricing and signage, receiving deliveries, conducting stock counts, greeting customers, and working with the team to reach the store's sales

You report to the Store Supervisor where the store has one, and to the Sales Coordinator. You help customers, keep the counter in order and drive sales of our brands.

• Arrange and replenish products according to company display standards, with correct pricing and signage
• Keep displays attractive for seasonal and in-store promotions
• Help receive, unpack and organise stock deliveries, and report low stock
• Take part in stock counts and inventory audits
• Greet customers, answer product questions and assist with purchases
• Keep shelves, floors and the display area clean and in good order
• Submit the daily sales report on time and follow store operating standards
• Work with the Store Supervisor and team to reach the store's sales goals
