Job summary

Private Advertiser in Cavite is seeking a diligent store associate to support daily retail operations. You will manage shelves, rotate stock, and ensure pricing and promotions align with store guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Shelf management and stock rotation: keep shelves stocked, rotate older stock first, and remove damaged/expired items.
• Visual merchandising and display setup: arrange products per layout guides, set up promotional displays, ensure correct price tags/signs.
• Inventory control and market monitoring: count stock, report outs, track competitor pricing and display trends.
• Daily reporting and store coordination: submit daily photos and inventory updates via the company app, coordinate with store managers and warehouse teams.

Responsibilities

• Shelf Management & Stock Rotation: Keep store shelves fully stocked from the warehouse, rotate products so older stock sells first, and clear out damaged or expiring items.
• Visual Merchandising & Display Setup: Arrange products using official store layout guides, set up promotional displays, and ensure correct price tags and promotional signs are always in place.
• Inventory Control & Market Monitoring: Count stock regularly to spot low inventory, report out-of-stock items for quick reordering, and keep track of competitor pricing and display trends.
• Daily Reporting & Store Coordination: Submit daily photos and inventory updates through the company app while maintaining good working relationships with store managers and warehouse teams.

Requirements

• Complete Legal Documents: Government IDs/numbers (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag- (BIG) and clear background checks (NBlor Police clearance).
• Reliability & Punctuality: Arrive on time for every assigned shift.
• Honesty & Integrity: Build trust by providing accurate daily updates, honoring work hours, and responsibly handling store inventory.
• Physical Capability: Able to stand for several hours and safely lift store items.
• Store Rule Compliance: Follow all supermarket guidelines, safety standards, and uniform dress codes.
