Job summary

Straightforward (365 Designs Retailing Inc.) is seeking a Merchandise Operations Supervisor to ensure right products are available across stores and e-commerce to support sales growth and healthy inventory. You will manage allocation plans, data accuracy, and operational readiness across channels.

You will drive stock availability, monitor aging inventory, and oversee governance, audits, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in merchandise operations, inventory management, merchandising, or retail operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory planning, allocation, stock management, and retail operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory or ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by ensuring optimal merchandise availability and allocation across stores and e-commerce channels.
• Monitor inventory levels, sell-through rates, and stock health to maximize turnover and minimize aging inventory.
• Execute merchandise allocation plans and support new store openings with complete inventory readiness.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, reporting, and data integrity across all channels.
• Oversee inventory governance, shrinkage control, stock audits, and compliance with operational standards.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Retail Management, or a related field
