Surbana Jurong is seeking a BIM Designer to produce detailed BIM models for MEP systems using Revit and ArchiCAD. The role requires coordination with the Singapore team and liaising with internal and client teams to develop plant room layouts and coordinated drawings.

The successful candidate will translate engineers’ sketches into GA drawings, with a strong BIM background in MEP workflows and coordination tasks.

Qualifications

• Solid BIM background for MEP and BIM coordination.
• Experience translating engineers’ sketches into GA drawings and plant layouts.

Responsabilités

• Produce detailed BIM models for Mechanical and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Coordinate BIM models with internal Singapore team and client teams.
• Develop plant room layouts and coordinated drawings.
• Translate engineers’ sketches into general arrangement drawings focusing on BIM modeling.
