Job summary

eData Services US, L.L.C. invites applications for a Medical Virtual Assistant / Medical Virtual Scribe (onsite) in Taguig. Gain exposure to US medical practices by working directly with US healthcare providers.

No experience needed and paid training is provided. As a Virtual Assistant, you will handle scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communications, with opportunities for career advancement and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Graduate of Medical Allied courses as listed.
Proficiency in English.
Computer savvy.
Willing to work US hours.
Preferably with previous call center experience.
Willing to work in the office (Mckinley Hill, Taguig City).

Responsibilities

Pre-exam verification of insurance eligibility, benefits and coverage.
Submitting claims, responding to claim denials, and resolving EOB issues.
Identifying and resolving common billing issues.
Handling phones by responding to patient inquiries, scheduling, taking pre-exam histories, confirming appointments, and transferring calls to other staff.
Processing mail by posting it to the EHR and overseeing the appropriate follow-up.
