eData Services US, L.L.C. in Taguig is seeking a Medical Virtual Assistant / Medical Virtual Scribe / Medical Record Reviewer for a full onsite role. No experience required; we provide paid training and you will work with US healthcare providers on US hours.

The role involves scheduling, calendar management, verification of insurance coverage, and handling correspondences, with opportunities for regularization and incentives as part of the benefits.

Qualificações

• Graduate of Medical Allied courses such as Nursing, Physical Therapy, Radiologic Technology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Pharmacy, etc.
• Proficiency in English
• Computer savvy
• Willing to work US hours
• Preferably with previous call center experience
• Willing to work in the office (Intellectual Property Center Building, McKinley Hill, Taguig)

Responsabilidades

• Delivery of services or projects contracted by the Client.
• Scheduling and calendar management.
• Verification of insurance coverage and benefits.
• Dealing with correspondences.
