CNX in Makati City is seeking a Medical Technologist I to join our clinical laboratory team. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in medical technology and a valid PRC license as an RMT, with 1–2 years of work experience in a primary laboratory setting.

Applicants should be proficient with clinical laboratory procedures, equipment, and LIS software, and capable of independent work with minimal supervision while delivering accurate results.

Job Description

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology
• Current PRC license as a Registered Medical Technologist (RMT)
• 1-2 years of work experience in a primary laboratory (excluding internship)
• PAMET membership or biosafety training is an advantage
• Proficient in clinical laboratory procedures, equipment, and instrumentation
• Ability to navigate computer systems and software for performing laboratory tests accurately and efficiently (Laboratory Information System) and equipped with basic computer skills (MS Word/Excel, Outlook)
• Can work independently or with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Good communication and teamwork collaboration skills
