Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking a proactive Laboratory Technician to deliver precise and timely laboratory results to patients and clinicians.

Responsible for performing laboratory tests, verifying identifications, encoding results accurately, and preparing reports for the Laboratory Supervisor. The role requires strong attention to detail and good communication with patients and coworkers.

Qualifications

• BS Medical Technology degree required.
• Licensed Medical Technologist.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience.

• Attends to the section seriously and responsible and has good communication skills with the patients, co-workers and supervisor.
• Properly checks patient’s identification, the laboratory request and the specimen sample.
• Proper encoding of laboratory results.
• Prepares results to Laboratory Supervisor.
