Coronis Health Philippines seeks a Medical Coding Auditor to maintain accurate audits of medical records coded by coders. You will communicate findings, ensure compliance with coding guidelines and confidentiality, and develop essential quality reports for the team.

The role requires at least two years of coding experience, a college diploma, and preferably current CCS/CPC/CCS-P/CIC/COC/CCA certification. You will work with the operations and quality teams to uphold standards.

Formación

• College diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably possess a current CCS/CPC/CCS-P/CIC/COC/CCA (or equivalent) medical coder certification.
• Must have at least two (2) years coding experience within the organization and excellent annual evaluation rating.

Responsabilidades

• Audits medical records to identify undercoded or upcoded services.
• Prepares reports and communicates findings to coders for education and compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA policies in auditing.
• Stay updated with coding guidelines and CMS directives for ICD-10 coding.
