Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; graduates of Healthcare-related, Business, Accounting, or Allied Health courses are an advantage.
• Experience in medical billing, hospital billing, healthcare administration, or a healthcare BPO account is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical, computation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret billing and payment information accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in claims and payments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati City on a permanent night shift (Mon to Fri, 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit medical insurance claims accurately and timely.
• Follow up on unpaid, denied, or rejected claims with insurance companies.
• Review EOBs and resolve claim discrepancies.
• Verify patient and insurance information before claim submission.
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.

Salary & Benefits

• ₱18,000 Basic Salary during the one-month training/mentoring period

• ₱20,000 Basic Salary upon successful completion of training (Probationary)

• 10% Night Differential
