Job summary

About this Role

We are seeking a skilled professional with over 2 years of experience in the design, development, and maintenance of Mediation Zone applications. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise with Digital Route’s Mediation Zone in a production environment and a strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC). This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about telecom mediation systems and are looking to contribute to high‑impact projects in a collaborative environment.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain Mediation Zone applications using Digital Route’s platform.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC including requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and documentation.
• Ensure smooth operation of Mediation Zone in production environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to maintain system stability.

Who you are

• A professional with 2+ years of experience in IT, specifically in Mediation Zone application development and maintenance.
• Proficient in working with Digital Route’s Mediation Zone in a production setting.
• Experienced in end‑to‑end SDLC processes.
• Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Exposure to Java and J2EE technologies is a plus.
