Qualifications

• Currently taking Mechanical Engineering or BSBA major in Operations Management.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to learn and take initiative.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Can work well with a team and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations and production activities.
• Support engineers and supervisors in monitoring work processes.
• Help prepare reports, documents, and operational records.
• Assist in inventory checking, material tracking, and job order monitoring.
• Observe and participate in machine operations, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Conduct basic data gathering and analysis for process improvement.
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks related to operations.
• Follow company safety rules and procedures at all times.
