Job summary

A leading retail and property management company in Butuan is looking for a professional to supervise the mall's equipment operations. The role includes planning maintenance for MEPFS equipment and supporting tenant utility needs. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and have relevant experience in maintenance and management of high-rise operational equipment. This position requires on-site attendance at the mall.

Qualifications

• Professional License in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Work experience in electro-mechanical maintenance or construction in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Experience managing business facilities, particularly high-rise building equipment.

Job description

Responsible in the supervision of the mall’s equipment operations in order to provide the necessary utilities for the operation of the mall. Involves planning and implementation of repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and the related systems for the safe and efficient operations of the mall.

• Provides direct planning and supervision for engineering activities, which include electro-mechanical equipment operation and maintenance, and engineering project management;
• Supports tenant’s utility requirements and the promotion and implementation of mall wide regulations and policies.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering – Professional License holder in the related field is required.
• Work experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and/or construction works in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
• With working experience in line with managing business facilities (high rise building operational equipment)
• Willing to work on-site in SM City Butuan.
