Job summary

Premiumbikes Corporation is seeking a motorcycle service technician to perform both minor and major repairs, ensure compliance with shop procedures, and maintain service units and workspace. The role includes conducting PDI checks before delivery and delivering high-quality customer service.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of related experience, knowledge of repairs and warranty processes, and integrity. NCII certification is preferred, with flexibility and honesty valued highly.

Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducts all types of minor and major motorcycle repairs.

• Observes proper implementation of company policies and procedures such as “First Come First Serve” servicing, job order preparation, collection of supplier’s service coupon, etc.

• Performs maintenance and repair of employee’s service units.

• Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the shop, maintenance of machines, equipments and disposal of waste materials.

• Performs Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) before the release of the motorcycle unit to the customer.

• Provide quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
