Job summary

HW7 Philippine Corporation is seeking a skilled technician responsible for maintenance of heavy equipment and machinery. You will perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance to keep assets running efficiently.

You will inspect wear, diagnose issues, dismantle and reassemble major components, and maintain detailed service records while coordinating with operators for scheduling repairs and ensuring safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on heavy equipment and machinery.
• Inspect equipment for wear, damage, or malfunctions, and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Dismantle and reassemble engines, transmissions, and other major components.
• Conduct routine servicing such as oil changes, lubrication, filter replacement, and part adjustments.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report all repairs and parts used.
• Ensure tools, parts, and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Follow company safety protocols and industry standards at all times.
• Coordinate with operators and supervisors for equipment issues and scheduling repairs.
• Assist in maintaining an inventory of spare parts and supplies.
