Responsibilities

• Complies to cGMP standards at all times.
• Checks completeness or availability and quality of materials required for Production.
• Cuts, weighs and packs meat products according to company guidelines.
• Records critical process control data in the processing of products.
• Ensures that all orders are complete and accurately documented.
• Maintains cleanliness in the area at the end of the shift.
