Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MCN Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to manage and expand our network of content creators, influencers, and digital partners. The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) and has 5–10 years of relevant experience in influencer management, content strategy, and performance-driven campaigns across platforms such as TikTok and YouTube. The candidate must have strong experience in the sports betting/sportsbook industry, with proven exposure to local online gambling markets and local influencer management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard content creators, streamers, and influencers into the MCN network
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and partners
• Manage daily communication with Mandarin-speaking creators and stakeholders
• Develop and execute content growth strategies to increase engagement and reach
• Monitor creator performance (views, traffic, engagement, revenue) and optimize results
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, brand collaborations, and promotional activities
• Provide strategic guidance to creators on content trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and internal company guidelines
• Track, analyze, and report campaign and creator performance metricsSupport monetization strategies including ads, live streaming, gifting, sponsorships, and betting-related promotions

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading) and English
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 5–10 years of experience in MCN, influencer marketing, or social media management
• Strong experience and knowledge in sports betting / sportsbook industry
• Experience handling local influencers or local online gambling markets
• Strong understanding of TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling Chinese-speaking influencers or international markets
• Background in performance marketing or digital advertising
• Strong knowledge of content algorithms and social media trends
• Experience in live streaming operations or creator monetization
• Experience working with betting-related campaigns or affiliate marketing

Salary Range: PHP 120,000 – 200,000
