Job summary

HTU is seeking a Civil Engineer to manage procurement and monitoring of construction materials, budgets, and project expenses for Manila and provincial assignments.

You will handle procurement, monitor budget and expenses, assist engineers, and prepare documents for office activities and transactions, contributing to project efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Civil Engineering degree and be licensed if possible.
• Familiarity with documentation and material requisition.
• Experience in procurement and project expense tracking is a plus.
