Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with progressive professional experience
• Masters degree or higher may be preferred at this level

Responsibilities

• Coaching plant leadership to use Kanban and lean tools, leading and supporting supply chain improvement projects across teams
• Identifying and investigating root causes to provide guidance and future actions and strategy, and implementing inventory plans to meet business objectives
• Collaborating with supply chain partners for end-to-end optimization and managing demand planning and forecasting
• Managing and monitoring storage of purchased parts and finished goods and overseeing the inventory levels to meet business requirements
